Free Consultation Call Contacting a therapist is not easy. We get that. We're happy to provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if RENEW would be the correct fit for you and your family’s needs. Payment RENEW-CFT is a private pay therapy practice. We are OUT OF NETWORK for all insurance companies. Please see below or contact us for more information. Credit card, cash or check. Your payment will be processed at the end of each appointment. *We do not accept any form of insurance. If you would like to submit a superbill to your insurance provider, we will provide one upon request. Cancellation Policy If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Good Faith Estimate Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal healthcare program or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
